2019 Best Practices

The five recipients of the 2019 Best Practices Awards were honored at the 2019 Consumer Symposium in New Orleans on Monday, February 4.

Awarded to five electricity providers annually, the Best Practices Awards highlight successful programs, products and strategies in five categories: Smart Energy Innovation, Culture Transformation, Consumer Engagement, Underserved Markets and Consumer Education.

The eight-page “2019 Best Practices Guide” provides additional information on each of the five winners, including program details and results, a quote from each recipient and an Honorable Mention for each category.
