2022 Best Practices Guide

SECC’s Best Practices Awards recognize leadership from electricity providers (including investor-owned utilities, public power utilities and retail electricity providers) in the shift toward a more consumer-focused, consumer-friendly energy ecosystem.

The annual awards highlight successful programs, technologies and strategies across six categories: Smart Energy Innovation, Culture Transformation, Consumer Engagement, SMB Engagement, Consumer Education and Energy Equity (new for 2022).

The six recipients of the 2022 Best Practices Awards – Saint John Energy, San Diego Gas & Electric, London Hydro, PSE&G, Rocky Mountain Power and JEA – were recognized during SECC’s 2022 Consumer Symposium at DISTRIBUTECH on May 25.

This four-page “2022 Best Practices Guide” provides a general overview for each of the six winners and recognizes an Honorable Mention for each category.
