Due to several requests for additional time, we are extending the nominations window for the 2021 Best Practices Awards! To be considered for next year’s awards, all nominations must be received by the end of the day on Monday, November 2.

For the fourth annual awards, we’re looking to highlight leadership from electricity providers in developing customer-centric programs, services and strategies. We’ll again recognize providers in these six categories: Consumer Education, Smart Energy Innovation, SMB Engagement, Underserved Markets, Consumer Engagement and Culture Transformation.

The winners will be selected in November by an independent advisory panel and then notified in December. We will announce the winners in February 2021 and formally recognize them on stage at the 2021 Consumer Symposium, co-located with DistribuTECH 2021 in Orlando.
