The “Modern Customer Engagement Journey” research illustrates consumers’ attitudes and values related to energy, the smart home, electricity providers and more during the COVID-19 pandemic. This unique project includes five videos and a report that were developed from more than 30 on-camera interviews recorded from June 15 to July 2 in the U.S. and Canada. In this Research Brief Webinar, the featured speakers will highlight key themes that emerged from these interviews, focusing on the reasons behind consumers’ energy-related behaviors and their views on their electricity providers, renewable energy and other important issues today. We will present select clips from the video interviews and discuss how industry stakeholders can utilize this research to better engage consumers in 2020 and beyond.
