Attendees learned key findings from SGCC's Wave 5 of the Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation national survey research designed to track public awareness, favorability, and understanding of smart grid and its consumer benefits. They heard from Mike McMahan of ComEd, Jack Lloyd of SGCC, and Gomathi Sadhasivan of DNV GL to better address lingering confusion and concerns and help create meaningful messaging and programs. The fifth wave includes refreshed behavioral segmentation.
