Customer Centricity

“Customer centricity is vital to the future growth of our industry,” says CLEAResult CEO Aziz Virani. “We must empower customers and put them at the center of everything we do. If we do this well, the customer base will make better, smarter energy choices that benefit our industry and society as a whole.”

In the relentless pursuit of customer empowerment, CLEAResult has created and refined a People First, Buildings Second philosophy. By truly understanding customers’ needs, wants and pain points, and by leveraging technological innovations, the company can help utility providers create messaging specific to the particular needs of individual customers. When CLEAResult tunes into consumers’ attitudes and behaviors and amplify their voices, they can dramatically improve the overall customer experience.

CLEAResult is the dominant provider of retail-based and midstream demand side management programs, with the industry’s strongest technology-enabled capability set and the largest network of relationships across home improvement retailers, global lighting, smart thermostat and other efficient product manufactures. They’re helping utilities best serve their customers through key innovations such as digital instant rebates and critical software platforms like marketing automation.
