We’re excited to announce that a new case study – Encouraging Consumers to Save During Peak Demand – is now available for download on our website!
The case study highlights Baltimore Gas and Electric’s Smart Energy Rewards program, which has helped over 1.2 million consumers save energy and earn rewards during peak demand since 2013. Over the years, BGE has kept the program engaging for customers by transitioning to new digital communications channels and by adding home comparison savings information to post-event communications.
The addition of the BGE case study makes a total of 29 case studies now available in our archive on topics like EV education, online marketplaces, time-of-use rate education and AMI deployments from a diverse group of electricity providers, including Con Edison, Puget Sound Energy, NB Power and SMUD.
