We’re excited to announce that a new case study – Engaging Consumers Through a One-Stop Digital Platform – is now available for download on our website!
The new case study covers the development of SMUD’s highly successful e-commerce platform, called SMUD Energy Store, including the customer segmentation and research efforts that initiated its development. Through September 2019, SMUD Energy Store has sold over $3 million in product, seen about 500,000 site visitors and maintained a customer satisfaction rate of 91 percent.
The addition of the SMUD case study makes a total of 25 case studies available in our archive on topics like EV education, online marketplaces and AMI deployments from a diverse set of electricity providers, including Direct Energy, AEP Ohio, NB Power, Colorado Springs Utilities and ComEd.
