We’re excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2020 Best Practices Awards, a unique awards program that highlights leadership from electricity providers in developing customer-centric programs, services and strategies.

For the third annual Best Practices Awards, we have added a sixth category, the SMB Engagement Award, in addition to the five original categories: Consumer Education, Product Innovation, Underserved Markets, Consumer Engagement and Culture Transformation. The nominations window will close on Friday, October 18. The winners will be selected in November by an advisory panel of seven industry experts and notified in early December. SECC will formally recognize the six winners on stage at the 2020 Consumer Symposium in San Antonio, Texas.
