The Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) is excited to announce that the “2020 Annual Report: Focusing on Consumers in a Turbulent Year” is now available for download!

Despite the many challenges brought about last year by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 was undoubtedly one of the most successful years in the history of the organization.

We published four research reports, three white papers and five case studies and completed several education projects, including an update of the consumer-facing website. We also produced our first-ever virtual conference with the 2020 Members Meeting & Fall Workshop and greatly expanded our webinar calendar to meet members’ evolving needs.
