Time is running out to submit your nominations for the 2020 Best Practices Awards! If you know an electricity provider that excels in offering customer-centric programs and services, submit your nomination here by no later than Friday, October 18.

New for the third annual awards, we have added a sixth category, the SMB Engagement Award, in addition to the five existing categories: Consumer Education, Product Innovation, Underserved Markets, Consumer Engagement and Culture Transformation. The six winners of the 2020 Best Practices Awards will be selected in November by an advisory panel of seven industry experts and notified in December. SECC will formally recognize the six winners on stage at the 2020 Consumer Symposium in San Antonio, Texas.
