Have you started thinking about who you’ll nominate for the 2021 Best Practices Awards yet? For the fourth annual awards, we’re looking to highlight leadership from electricity providers in developing customer-centric programs, services and strategies – particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For 2021, we will again recognize electricity providers in these six categories: Consumer Education, Smart Energy Innovation, SMB Engagement, Underserved Markets, Consumer Engagement and Culture Transformation. Complete descriptions of these categories and what we’re looking for in nominations can be found here.

The nominations window will close on Wednesday, October 28, and winners will be selected in November by an independent advisory panel of industry experts. We will announce the winners in February 2021 and formally recognize them on stage at the 2021 Consumer Symposium, co-located with DistribuTECH 2021 in Orlando.
