Three New Case Studies Added to Library

 

We’re excited to announce that three new case studies have been added to the Customer Engagement Success Stories library. The new case studies examine consumer engagement and smart energy programs from Georgia Power, Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and the Illinois Science & Energy Innovation Foundation (ISEIF).

For the first time, we’ve expanded our focus from residential customers to small-and-medium business (SMB) customers with the examination of PG&E’s Business Best Rate campaign. This is also the first year that we’ve highlighted an energy nonprofit in our case study of ISEIF’s education and outreach programs.

Finally, we’re excited to showcase how Georgia Power and PayGo have developed a smart meter-powered prepaid billing program that’s empowering consumers to take control of their home energy usage.

Our extensive case study library now includes 16 in-depth examinations of smart energy programs from electric utilities, including Southern California Edison, CenterPoint Energy, Pepco, CPS Energy and Oklahoma Gas & Electric.
