Webinar, Research, Consumers, Energy
How have the needs and wants of energy consumers evolved in recent years? And what have electricity providers implemented to meet these evolving expectations?
In this hour-long Research Brief Webinar, the speakers will discuss the five key takeaways on the wants of today's energy consumers that were highlighted in the “2019 State of the Consumer” report, a meta-analysis of SECC’s 2018 consumer research.
To illustrate how these takeaways have been put into practice, the speakers will also highlight examples of successful customer programs from electricity providers. These examples, which feature Austin Energy, Con Edison, Colorado Springs Utilities, Direct Energy and many more, will be incorporated into a white paper publishing in mid-May.
If you haven’t downloaded the “2019 State of the Consumer” report yet, you can access it here, and last year’s white paper on the “2018 State of the Consumer” report’s takeaways can be downloaded exclusively by members here.
