At the 2021 Virtual Consumer Symposium on April 21, the Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative announced the six winners of the 2021 Best Practices Awards, which recognize customer-centric innovation and excellence from electricity providers.

During this Peer Connect Webinar on Thursday, May 13 at 1 p.m. (ET), we will hear 15-minute, case study-style presentations from winners in three of the six categories: Consumer Education, SMB Engagement and Underserved Markets.

TVA will discuss their program that provides no-cost energy upgrades to income-eligible homes; Consumers Energy will talk about changes to their small business energy efficiency programs due to COVID-19; and Mississippi Power will discuss their education program for students.
