In the second webinar in the series on summertime energy savings, we will review several programs from Entergy New Orleans and Ameren Illinois that can help residential customers save energy over the summer months.

First, Ameren Illinois will discuss their success with smart thermostats as a measure in residential programs. The presentation will put special focus on reaching income-eligible customers and cover a large-scale smart thermostat customer engagement campaign.

Then, we will learn about several programs from Entergy New Orleans’ residential portfolio, including income-qualified weatherization, lighting and appliance rebates, an online marketplace and more.
