This deck from TransUnion focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on consumers’ incomes and their ability to meet their financial obligations, particularly utility bills. The data derives from a consumer survey fielded by TransUnion from March-May and includes over 20,000 consumer responses.
Findings reveal how household incomes have been impacted by COVID-19 and which bills consumers expect to have the most difficulty paying. According to the survey, two-thirds of those whose incomes have been impacted are concerned with their ability to pay their bills and loans.
