We’re excited to announce that a new case study – Helping a Hard-to-Reach Segment Save on Energy – is now available for download on our website!
The case study highlights Puget Sound Energy’s comprehensive campaign to help its manufactured home customers engage in energy-saving programs. The campaign began with market research to identify key customer needs, and PSE then updated its portfolio of programs and launched a multi-channel education initiative.
The addition of the PSE case study makes a total of 28 case studies available in our archive on topics like EV education, online marketplaces, time-of-use rate education and AMI deployments from a diverse group of electricity providers, including Con Edison, AEP Ohio, NB Power and SMUD.
