The Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative is excited to announce that an agenda is now available for the 2020 Consumer Symposium, which will take place on Monday, January 27 as part of DistribuTECH International in San Antonio, Texas!

The packed one-day agenda will feature engaging panel discussions on the findings of SECC’s “2020 State of the Consumer” report, how electricity providers can meet consumers’ needs and wants around DERs, and what the energy industry can learn from other industries about shifting to a more consumer-focused model.

We’ll also hear a keynote address from Paula Gold-Williams, President & CEO of CPS Energy, and a discussion with founding members of SECC on how the organization has kept consumers at the front of the conversation over the last decade.
