SECC’s 2025 Summer Summit
SECC’s 2025 Summer Summit
Consumer actions will play a key role in maintaining grid reliability, reaching clean energy targets and moving toward a smarter energy future. However, consumers are not a monolith – they vary considerably in their interests, concerns and behaviors.
In this three-hour workshop presented by the Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) at DTECH Midwest, attendees will gain research-backed insights and strategies for better understanding their customer base, particularly through segmentation.
The workshop will include research findings and discussions on low-income consumers, electrification, demand response, time-of-use (TOU) rates, small business customers and other key areas of the energy transition.
SECC’s inaugural Summer Summit will be included as a special track in DTECH Midwest’s program, and all registrants will have the option to add the Summer Summit to their itinerary at no additional cost. Members can get 20 percent off their DTECH Midwest registration with the code DMWPARTNER1.
The half-day workshop agenda will be available in mid-May.
