Online marketplaces have become increasingly common in recent years as a means to connect consumers with energy-related products, services and information. Over time, these platforms have expanded their capabilities and offerings and have proven to be an effective means for engaging residential energy consumers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In this Peer Connect Webinar on Tuesday, September 29 at 1 p.m. (ET), speakers from Snohomish County Public Utility District (SnoPUD) and online marketplace vendor Enervee will discuss the role of online marketplaces, utility responses to the COVID-19 pandemic and how consumers have responded. A focus of the presentation will be the SnoPUD Smart Rewards program, but examples and insights from other utility programs will also be shared.
