2024 Members Meeting & Fall Workshop

In consideration of ICF, Inc.’s (“ICF”) allowing individuals to attend the to be held on October 16th , 2024 in ICF’s Conference Center/Sky Garden located at 1902 Reston Metro Plaza, (each such individual referred to as “Participant”), Participant expressly agrees and contracts, on behalf of him/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that ICF, including but not limited to its affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates (together, the “Company”), shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death), property damage, loss of income, or any other damages sustained by Participant in connection with Participant’s attendance at the SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP . Participant accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and noneconomic), and losses of any type, which may occur to Participant in connection with the SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP. Participant hereby waives any and all claims of any kind he/she has or may have, now in the future, directly or indirectly, against the Company arising out of or in connection with the SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever in connection with this General Waiver, and Participant acknowledges this fact. Participant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action that may arise from injuries, damages, and losses sustained relating to or arising from the SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP or Participant’s attendance at such party. If Participant is an employee of ICF or any of its subsidiaries, Participant further understands and agrees that: (i) attendance at the SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP is undertaken on employee’s own personal time; (ii) attendance at the March Madness Event is totally voluntary and is not within the course or scope of employee’s employment; and (iii) any accident or injury related to employee’s attendance at SMART ENERGY CONSUMER COLLABORATIVE 2024 MEMBERS MEETING & FALL WORKSHOP is not covered by workers compensation insurance.
