The Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative’s Best Practices Awards, now in their ninth year, recognize leadership from electricity providers in the United States and Canada (including investor-owned utilities, public power utilities and retail energy providers) in the transition toward a smarter, more consumer-focused energy ecosystem.

As providers continue making investments in modernizing the grid and developing new customer programs, SECC’s Best Practices Awards program aims to ensure that consumers and small businesses benefit from this transition.
