We are excited to announce that an initial agenda is now available for SECC’s 2025 Members Meeting & Fall Workshop, which will be hosted by Puget Sound Energy in Bellevue, Washington on October 14-15.

This year’s two-day agenda features a wide variety of sessions on SECC’s latest consumer research and today's most pertinent customer-centric topics, particularly demand flexibility and electrification.

We will hear keynote address from a PSE executive at the beginning of day two, work collaboratively during planning sessions on SECC’s 2026 projects and listen to engaging panel discussions, including:

• Connecting Consumers to Time-of-Use Rates
• Virtual Power Plants, Real Savings
• Challenges of Electrification: Managing Customer Behavior and Expectations
• Distributing Demand Response

The event will also highlight our forthcoming “Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation – Wave 9” research, including a keynote panel to begin the event on the morning of October 14, followed by sessions on the Gen Z, lower-income, urban and rural demographics.
