On April 10, Think Higher returns for its second year as a focused, one-day gathering for utility leaders who value thoughtful conversation and shared experience. Utilities are managing steady change – modernization efforts, customer expectations, regulatory demands, workforce shifts. Having space to step away from daily operations and connect with peers facing similar realities can be meaningful. Think Higher is intentionally designed to create that space.

The program centers on practical discussion and real utility perspectives, with time built in for conversation. This year also includes a water facility tour at the Hillsborough building, offering a closer look at operations in action and a hands-on giveback event supporting Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. The evening before, attendees gather for a relaxed waterfront happy hour at the Tampa Marriott Water Street.

This event is free for all utility participants. Paid registration is available for non-utility participants.
