The Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) is excited to release a new paper, "Advancing a Smarter Energy Future for All", that highlights successful programs and services for residential and small business customers from electricity providers across the United States.

The new paper utilizes the six themes on consumers’ needs and wants from the “2022 State of the Consumer" report and details several customer programs that exemplify each theme. Examples include a Pay As You Save® pilot, a low-income outreach and assistance program, a green power program, a smart thermostat promotion for LIHEAP customers, a community solar project and more.
