The Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) is excited to release a new paper, “Building Trust in the Energy Transition”, that highlights successful programs, services and strategies for residential customers centered around the key themes from the “2024 State of the Consumer” report.
The paper shares real-life examples from electricity providers (investor-owned, municipal and cooperative utilities) across the United States and Canada, such as Middle Tennessee Electric, SMUD, Hawaiian Electric, BC Hydro, ComEd, Puget Sound Energy and more.
Highlighted examples include no-cost energy efficiency upgrades for income-eligible customers, a heat pump rebate program, an electric vehicle (EV) charger installation program, a time-of-use (TOU) rate pilot program and a roadmap for improving service reliability.
Download the new white paper now to discover more than a dozen brief case studies on what’s working in the customer-centric energy transition. And if you still haven’t read the “2024 State of the Consumer” report yet, you can download that report here.
