We are excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2027 Best Practices Awards, our long-running awards program that highlights leadership from electricity providers in the U.S. and Canada in developing consumer-centric programs and strategies.

For the 10th annual awards, we will recognize electricity providers (including IOUs, public power and cooperatives) in these five categories: Consumer Education, Smart Energy Innovation, Small Business Engagement, Consumer Engagement and Energy Equity.

The nominations window will close on Tuesday, November 10, and all nominations will then be reviewed by the Advisory Panel. The winners will be contacted in early December and recognized at the 2027 Flexible Energy Forum, co-produced with PLMA at DTECH® 2027.
