Upcoming Webinar: “Building Awareness and Trust with Gen Z”

Focusing on Gen Z is all about preparing for the future. Born after 1996, the oldest of this generation is 28 years old, and they now represent nearly a quarter of the U.S. population. As the second-largest generation after Millennials, Gen Z is also an increasingly large part of the U.S. economy and workforce.

During this 30-minute webinar on Wednesday, September 24 at 1 p.m. (ET), SECC’s President & CEO Nathan Shannon will share the key findings from the “Building Awareness and Trust with Gen Z” paper, which explores Gen Z’s attitudes, behaviors, concerns and priorities around their electricity usage.

Following the research briefing, guest speakers from Touchstone Energy and ICF will showcase initiatives that could appeal to Gen Z consumers. ICF, in particular, will present a mock engagement plan that demonstrates how electricity providers could target Gen Z consumers in one U.S. metropolitan area.
