Since the Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) began taking to the pulse of energy consumers nearly 15 years ago, we have periodically updated our “Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation” research, which refreshes our segmentation framework and provides a broad perspective on today’s consumers.
The ninth wave provides timely, actionable insights to industry stakeholders on what consumer attitudes and expectations are trending in today’s energy environment; how consumers feel about the energy services they receive; whether consumers are engaging with their electricity providers to shape the energy future and more.
During this one-hour Research Brief Webinar on Thursday, August 28 at 1 p.m. (ET), SECC’s Deputy Director Jason McGrade and Marie D'Arrigo, Vice President, Research at The Harris Poll, will dive into the key findings of the “Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation – Wave 9” report and introduce the new segments.
Then, Krista Williams, Director, Consumer Marketing at Cobb EMC, will share how her electric cooperative has utilized SECC’s consumer segmentation framework in the past and will offer actionable recommendations for other electricity providers that may want to incorporate SECC’s segments into their marketing strategies.
