With dozens of new electric vehicles (EVs) slated to be available in the next few years and rising interest among American consumers, we conducted the “Electric Vehicles: Driving the Customer Experience” research to provide industry stakeholders with insights on consumer knowledge and attitudes about EVs as well as the habits and experiences of current EV owners.
In this Research Brief Webinar on Tuesday, February 8 at 1 p.m. (ET), we will explore current owners’ satisfaction with their EVs, consumers’ top concerns around EVs, when owners tend to charge their vehicles, how consumers tend to get information on EVs and more. We will also share EV programs from electricity providers that have successfully engaged consumers.
