Upcoming Webinar: Consumer Understanding of Demand Response

As electricity providers across the United States and Canada expand their demand flexibility portfolios to balance the grid, integrate renewables and avoid costly upgrades, understanding what residential customers think about these programs is more important than ever before.

During this 30-minute webinar on Wednesday, May 6 at 1 p.m. (ET), SECC’s President & CEO Nathan Shannon will share findings from the “Consumer Understanding of Demand Response” survey, including consumers’ openness to participation and their perception of program benefits.
