Ohm Analytics aggregates data from thousands of data sources across the U.S, including building and electrical permits, financial filings, utility interconnection data, and incentive and program data as well as many proprietary relationships with software providers, utilities, installers and more.
Ohm Analytics features three main products that interact with one another to provide a comprehensive picture of the market.
The Ohm Analytics Web Platform contains interactive location-level data on DERs, covering solar, storage, EVSE, MPUs and heat pumps. The platform also presents stats on installer information and trends, consumer adoption data and penetration trends at the ZIP-code, state and national level, in addition to manufacturer and financier market share, top installers, pricing and project tracking from RFP to in-service.
The Ohm Analytics Reporting Suite publishes monthly and quarterly solar and storage and EVSE market reports (including state-level forecasts), as well as periodic VPP reports analyzing DER market trends, adoption and forecasting.
Ohm Analytics Policy and Program Research covers legislative, regulatory and utility-level developments including rate cases, federal/state/utility incentives, pilot programs and legislative changes across the U.S. on a weekly basis. Ohm also tracks virtual power plant and demand response programs (both in development and live), including program/incentive design, capacity data and approved aggregators/DERMS/OEMs, in addition to relevant industry partnership announcements and broader state-by-state policy tracking, all of which can be accessed in an interactive policy tracking tool filterable by geography, technology, utility, status and more.
