Meeting the Needs of Low-Income Households

During this Research Brief Webinar, SECC’s Deputy Director Jason McGrade shared findings from the “Meeting the Needs of Low-Income Households” paper, which explored the electricity attitudes, priorities and concerns of low-income consumers.

Following the research briefing, Amy Jewel at Elevate and Sarah Wochele with the Oregon Citizens’ Utility Board (CUB) responded to the survey findings and highlighted initiatives that could help address the needs of lower-income Americans.
